Our appointments are always thorough. Once you book an appointment, we send you are comprehensive questionnaire to get started. We have a strict policy that all decision makers must be at the appointment. This means if you are married and doing estate planning together, both of you must attend. Similarly, if you are helping your parents with elder law issues, they must be at the appointment unless you have Power of Attorney with sufficient powers.
