Former Kings County Assistant District Attorney
Through my work in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Conviction Review Unit (CRU) I have been at the forefront of non-DNA exonerations. Upon petition by incarcerated defendants and defense attorneys, I conducted dozens of in-depth investigations into wrongful conviction claims.
These investigations led directly to the exoneration of six individuals and helped build the protocol the CRU uses to this day.
I am passionate about meeting individuals and families to discuss their future and supply creative legal solutions.
My estate planning work involves putting together a structure so that people can age with independence and grace, while protecting assets and leaving a legacy.
